SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 2 - 3  business days.

After placing your order, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. 

If a tracking service has been selected, you will be provided with a tracking number.

We'll aim to dispatch your order via Royal Mail on the next working day.  

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE UK Delivery: Spend over £60.00 in one transaction and receive free delivery! This is a tracked service, a signature will be required on delivery (3-5 days*).

Standard Service: £3.50 (3-5 days*).

Express Service: Tracked, signature required on delivery: £7.50 (1 - 2 days*).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are despatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. 

Once your order arrives at its destination country, the delivery will be handled by the local carrier in that country.

We currently ONLY offer tracked shipping services outside the UK due to the current climate (i.e. COVID-19 and Brexit).

International Airmail - Tracked:  £12.80 (7 - 15 business days*) via Royal Mail

* Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas. 

LOST & STOLEN PARCELS

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure that the address you submit is a 100% accurate. Once it leaves the Haus of Navy HQ, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. If your parcel does not arrive within the given timeframe above please make a claim through Royal Mail here. You can contact hello@hausofnavy.com for any information you require to help with your claim. However, we cannot influence the outcome of the claim.
